How to become a mindful parent by learning the Positive Discipline framework
Based on the work of Alfred Adler, the father of Individual Psychology, Positive Discipline Parenting gives parents practical tools to be able to raise mentally healthy, resilient, cooperative, respectful, contributing and thriving children. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs we have, and it’s more important than ever in our world today. So come start off your week with fun experiential learning, gain support from other parents in the same boat as you, and end with a little bit of self-care.
Facilitated by Psychological Counselor, Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator & TASIS mom May Kassem, M.A., CPDPE
