Bugs and Hisses to you all!  

Our gourd-geous TPA Decoration Committee has been hard at work brewing up some amazing decorations for this year’s spooktacular season.  Showcasing hundreds of hours of crafting by some of our extremely talented students, mummies and parents, TASIS is transforming to pumpkin spice and haunted trails.

Creeping vines have taken over the in the Fleming Forum, ghouls, ghost and venomous creatures haunt the library and a pumpkin patch complete with a vine creature and a spider infested giant pumpkin are growing in the hallway.  It will give you pumpkin to talk about, no bones about it.  Mutated poisonous spiders have nested the upper school and lurking in the corners, you will find foul beasts, deadly plants and the whisper of dark spirits.

Just trying to be transparent with you about the talent and creativity of our (g)host of volunteers! I would advise that if you swoop in to take a sneak peek, don’t park your broom in the Headmaster’s spot outside his office.  He will likely have you toad.  (Check out the last witch that tried it. She’s currently stuck in the Hallow-tree in the entry way!)  He can’t risk not being able to hop on his broom if he gets an urgent call on his skel-phone to handle any hocus pocus that might be simmering in one of the school cauldrons.

Thank you to all who participated in pump-kin us up for the scariest Halloween season yet.  We can always count on the TPA and Parent Volunteers to lift our spirits.
