The shoebox appeal is an international initiative which helps millions of children in need to receive at least one present at Christmas, full of essential items. We work with Casa Seis and Associação Juvenil Ponte, two locally based charities that focus on helping children and their families in the Sintra region.
This year, we want to continue to support this amazing initiative and help spread some joy during the festive season.
With your help we can ensure every child and teenager will receive a Shoebox this Christmas.
The deadline for all donations is Tuesday, 10 Dec 2024.

If you don’t have time to make a shoebox, but would still like to get involved, another way you can help is by donating items in larger quantities to help build any missing shoeboxes we need.
Please read the guidelines to ensure your shoeboxes have been put together correctly and include all the 4W items, WRITE, WASH, WEAR AND WOW. They are labelled and wrapped correctly. Items inside the box cannot be wrapped individually. And no items are included that we are not allowed to have. For example, No candy or chocolates!
Please note that lids need to be wrapped separately as we have to open the boxes. This is a safety protocol required by the charities.
