As we gear up for the holiday season, we’re excited to share our decoration plans for this year’s school event! We’ll need everyone’s help to transform the spaces into a magical holiday experience. Here’s the breakdown of our decoration efforts:

Our Team Assignments          

1.           Climbing Wall Gym

              •            This will become our Winter Wonderland, featuring arts and crafts for the kids and Santa’s Corner.

              •            Decorations will focus on making this area fun and festive.

2.           Middle School Lounge

              •            This space will host vendors, so we’ll focus on decorating the staircase and some walls to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

3.           Fleming Forum

              •            Another vendor area, this space will need decorations for the walls, pillars, and ceiling, particularly on the metal rods the maintenance team sets up for us.

4.           Corridor to the Elementary School Library

              •            This will be the main entrance to the fair. We’ll concentrate Christmas trees to create a “forest” pathway, welcoming guests into the event.

Decoration Projects
